If you are sending in your own hair bundles, closures/frontals THEY MUST be the same texture and correlate in lengths. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR ANY PRODUCT, SERVICE, CLASS, or WIG ORDER.
Shipment and processing time: Processing time for ALL PRODUCT ORDERS may take 2-3 business days.
Turnaround time for all custom wig orders have an ESTIMATED 21 business days turn around once the hair is received from the customer. Shipping for all items take an ESTIMATED 5-7 business days via (USPS).
