Each Crown Club Member will receive secret codes just for them on January 1, 2022 for a variety of services and products offered by Crown Her Gorgeous. Crown Club members will have access to these exclusive deals for 1 full year. Each member will be free to use their perks as often as desired.
MEMBERSHIP LETTERS WILL BE EMAILED and mailed TO EACH MEMBER ON JANUARY 1, 2022. THE MEMBERSHIP WILL ONLY BE VALID FOR 1 YEAR until DECEMBER 31, 2022. THIS IS NOT A REVOLVING YEARLY CHARGE.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE MULTIPLE CODES AT ONCE.
RETURNS POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, there will be absolutely no returns or exchanges. We are not responsible if your wig doesn't fit due to inaccurate measurements. If you are sending in your own hair bundles, closures/frontals THEY MUST be the same texture and correlate in lengths. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR ANY PRODUCT, SERVICE, CLASS, or WIG ORDER.
SHIPPING
Shipment and processing time: Processing time for ALL PRODUCT ORDERS may take 2-3 business days.
Turnaround time for all custom wig orders have an ESTIMATED 21 business days turn around once the hair is received from the customer. Shipping for all items take an ESTIMATED 5-7 business days via (USPS).
WIGS FROM OUR COLLECTION TAKE AN ESTIMATED 14-21 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS FOR SHIPPING. SALES MAY EXTEND PROCESSING TIME.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
